Crayfish Cottage is in the bustling seaside town of Portrush in the heart of Ireland's famous Causeway Coast. A 15 minute walk from the white sand arc of the East Strand beach and harbour restaurants, Crayfish Cottage is in easy reach of the Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, the postcard-pretty villages of Cushendun and Ballintoy as well as Ireland's oldest whiskey distillery at Bushmills.
Comfortably sleeping 6 we have two ground floor double bedrooms (1 king, 1 double) and a twin bedroom upstairs. The large family bathroom is also on the ground floor. Our cottage offers easy charm and plenty of luxury with pure cotton sheets, cosy duvets and pocket sprung mattresses plus bundles of fluffy towels and quality soaps and amenities. Built in the 1930's, the cottage retains beautiful art deco features, blending the old and authentic with the modern and the comfortable.
Snuggle up beside our wood-burning stove in the lounge or relax in the comfy sofas of the Reading Room upstairs. The light filled kitchen is brilliantly equipped with a solid wood farmhouse kitchen table in the adjoining dining area. BBQ in the secret garden and sit out under the stars making the most of great company and our wonderful Irish weather. With private off road parking, you have an ideal base for exploring the spectacular natural beauty of the North Antrim Coast and Glens.
